"Why can it take 7 - 10 days to ship my order?" - Each of Melissa's tote bags is a handpainted, custom work. Depending on existing orders, it may take several days to complete your bag(s). Each bag is also dried for two days to insure that artwork is set in the fabric. For PayPal's privacy policy, please go here. "Can I get a name painted on my tote bag?" - Absolutely. Personalization up to ten letters is included in the purchase price. The order form will give you a personalization option. Ten letters is about the most that looks good across the width of the large bags. If you need more letters, please contact us prior to ordering. "The pattern on my bag doesn't look like the one in the picture" - All of the bags offered for sale on this site are handpainted. No two handpainted items will ever look exactly alike. You may see differences in shades of colors, size of figures, pattern of figures, or even differences in design. If you have particular colors or design elements that you would like included in your tote bag, please let us know at the time of order. Note - Other than damage to the product during shipping or mistakes in personalizing a bag, most sales are final with no returns accepted.
